How long will it take to receive my order?
Our goal is to ship your order to you within a week of when you placed it, however it is possible that during sales, new releases, or peak seasons like holidays it may take longer to get your order out. Please understand that we are a small operation and it may take us a while to handle large volumes of orders! If you have questions about the status of your order, you are always welcome to contact us and we will see what we can do.
All orders will be sent with tracking numbers and you should receive an email from the shop with that info as soon as your item ships.
Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Machine Lotus is a small business, so returns and exchanges can be extremely costly for us. We will happily provide a replacement if a product is damaged, however we cannot offer things such as store credit or other types of exchanges.
What do I do if my product(s) arrived damaged?
If you receive a product that is damaged, please get in touch with us with photo evidence of the damage. If we determine there is a major issue with the product, we will furnish you with a replacement.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled and refunded up until the product is shipped. After that, no cancellations will be accepted.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship to all countries except for the ones listed here.
How do you determine shipping charges?
Shipping rates are entirely determined by the mailing or courier services provided. A small additional fee is charged so that we may pay our fulfillment team, who take care of getting all of your products to you!
We understand that shipping prices have increased a lot over these last years, and while we wish that were not the case, we are not yet in a position where we can help compensate for these increased costs.
Do I have to pay duty or import charges?
If you live outside the US, your local custom's office might tack on additional fees and tariffs. We do not know what those fees will be, or if there will be any at all.
The customer is responsible for any customs fees incurred. If the customer chooses not to pay the fees, customs will return the package to our warehouse. We are only able to refund the product cost, not the shipping cost that was already paid and spent.
Can you sign or personalize an item in my order?
Unfortunately our products and fulfillment team are not located near either of the creators, so we cannot personalize anything purchased.
