Terms of service

By purchasing from Machine Lotus, you are agreeing to abide by the following policies:

Shipping Times

Our goal is to ship your order to you within a week of when you placed it. During peak seasons and sales, there may be a large volume of orders at one time, and orders may take a bit longer during those times.

All orders will be sent with tracking numbers and you should receive an email from the shop with that info as soon as your item ships.

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Returns & Exchanges

Machine Lotus is a small business, so returns and exchanges can be extremely costly for us. We will happily provide a replacement if a product is damaged, however we cannot offer things such as store credit or other types of exchanges. 

Customs & Fees

If you live outside the US, your local custom's office might tack on additional fees and tariffs. We do not know what those fees will be, or if there will be any at all.

The customer is responsible for any customs fees incurred. If the customer chooses not to pay the fees, customs will return the package to our warehouse. We are only able to refund the product cost, not the shipping cost that was already paid and spent.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact our fulfillment partners at White Squirrel at Help @WhiteSquirrel (dot) com with photo evidence of the damage. If we determine that there is a major issue with the product, we will furnish you with a replacement. 

Order Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled and money refunded up until the product is shipped. After that, no cancellations will be accepted.
